Kim Stewart

RPN, HOM

Kim is new to our team this year and we are looking forward to adding her people centred skills, and broad experience, to our office and community.

Kim graduated with honours from nursing and has since been focusing, through different modalities, on the whole person, with emphasis on emotional well being. And, most recently graduated from the 3 year Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine program in Toronto and is registered with the College of Homeopaths, licensed to practice in Ontario.

Kim has worked at the Homewood Health Centre for many years supporting patients with eating disorders, anxiety, trauma and depression. Also, as a Senior Support Worker for Women In Crisis and added volunteer work as a group facilitator for victims of abuse. Kim is the author of “Emotional Wisdom: Using your head when your heart breaks.” And was a
columnist of the “Healing Touch” (Alberta) for seven years.

Interests include the impact of stress and nutrition on health and disease. Kim created the Wellington Board of Education approved lunch program “mykidzlunch” that supplied local, organic, with gluten free optional, lunches to elementary school age children (lol, the tough customer), and has a passion for working with people who also struggle with emotional eating, weight loss or gain. There really is help.

Book an appointment with Kim and explore your options through supportive, self empowering, complimentary medicine, herbalism, advocacy, counselling and education, to manage your best life and health!
